MyWorkoutPal terms of service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of MyWorkoutPal ("we" or "us"). By using MyWorkoutPal, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

MyWorkoutPal is an app with an AI coach and workout logging. We can add, change or remove features at any time.

Your account

• Give us accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep access to your account safe.
• One person per account. Don't share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Put illegal or abusive content in your chats or uploads.
• Misuse the service, or scrape it.
• Reverse engineer the app or the service.

The AI coach

The coach's answers are generated automatically. They can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.

Your content

You own what you add to MyWorkoutPal, such as your workouts, notes, chats and files. You let us store and process it to run the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Subscriptions

If we offer subscriptions, you buy them through Apple. Apple's terms apply to the purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app, under Profile, or by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

MyWorkoutPal is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always work or be free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
